Browning fit the Maxus 2 with a composite stock, covered in Realtree’s Max 5 camouflage, the forearm and grip feature rubber inserts with a rough texture which improves the hold. The stock also has a Softflex cheekpiece, which absorbs vibrations and shocks, and the length of pull can be adjusted with the supplied spacers of 7 and 12 mm, this way the shotgun can be made to fit every shooter. Additionally, an Inflex II 32 mm butt pad absorbs recoil and decreases muzzle jump.
