All guns we sell are brand new in box (unless stated otherwise) and have full manufacturers warranties. We will work with all customers to ensure they are able to take advantage of the manufacturer’s warranty but we do not warranty the items. No Exception!! These items are located in the warehouse and are not open, on display, used, alterered, etc by Fully Loaded. So again if you are not pleased with firearm, you must deal with the manufacturer unless it is obvioulsy the wrong item.
